SYBOLT enables the complete finishing of a facade in a factory. By applying ceramic stone strips, new modular homes retain the traditional and true-to-life brick appearance. The ceramic stone strips are automatically modified so that brick dressings always fit and gable roofs can be produced fully automatically too.
A FORMULA CENTURIES IN THE MAKING
One of the SYBOLT’s many innovations is the application of the age-old cement in a new form: cementitious adhesive. The raw material has proven itself for centuries and we are all to eager to use it. By using cementitious adhesive and ensuring 100% full-surface bonding, the adhesion of the stone strips is guaranteed for decades.
Fully automatic grouting
GROUTED TO THE EDGE
Both the placement of brick slips as well as the application of the joint is done fully automatically. The joint colour, joint depth, joint width can easily be customized and even the corner edges of doors and window frames are fare jointed fully automatically (3D grouting). In addition, every joint is validated.
Freedom to design
NO HOME IS THE SAME
With SYBOLT technology, architects have more design freedom than ever before. The SYBOLT has a wealth of design options in terms of color, brick bonding, shapes, thickening, formats and angles. Brick slips are automatically modified so that every masonry bond is tightened, from the facade to the gable roof. Even the cut-out for the doorbell is prepared in-factory.

QUALITY AT #1 IN FIRST-TIME-RIGHT PRODUCTION
Façade elements are scanned in 3D, after which the masonry bond is automatically adjusted to the deviations. The mixing ratio of both adhesive and grout is continuously monitored. In addition, the brick strip, glue, joint, temperature, humidity, opening time, processing time and dozens more variables are validated, and the digital twin data at brick strip level is linked to a digital passport through integration with the smart factory. Above all, the entire process is fully qualified (SKG-IKOB & TCKI). This way, SYBOLT guarantees first-time-right production.
Digital Twin technology
DATA, DATA, DATA
With Digital Twin technology, we log all production data at brick slip level, such as production date, drying time, temperature, humidity, application force, etc. We also validate the brick slips (dimensions, colour, modification, quality), the joint (depth, width, colour), cementitious glue and joint mix (open and processing time, mortar batch, weight, water), the bonding (100% full surface) and the concrete facade itself (dimensional tolerances). All generated data comes together in a digital passport of the facade element.
